Got bachelor’s degree from Electrical and Electronic Engineering Program of BoğaziçiUniversity and master’s degree from Computer Graphics and Animation Program, Faculty of Fine Arts, Bilkent University. Got doctorate degree from and taught at Ohio State University.
Played an active role in the last 20 years in developing digital currency systems, local 2D and 3D computer games and many other products and projects in this country. Raised funds from the Silicon Valley and local investors to establish a startup and developed the first metaverse in this country in early 2008. Have been only working on blockchain technologie in the last nine years. Taught a selective cryptocurrency and blockchain course at Bilgi University and has been teaching it at Boğaziçi University since 2017. Teaching blockchain at public and private sector entities. Was one of the founders of two blockchains named Defterhane and Incirlabs.
